Membership of Companys Club
1. As a member of Companys Club, you gain access to a range of exclusive benefits. This includes a welcome bonus (which may vary), the ability to earn points, discounts, saved receipts, and exclusive access to the weekly deal.
2. For every 1 EUR you spend, you earn 10 point. Your points will automatically be added to your account 30 days after purchase. If you return part or all of your order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. Once you have earned 1,500 points, they will automatically be converted into a discount of 15 EUR, which can be used on your next purchase.
3. Your points expire 2 years after the purchase date, and you earn new points every time you shop. Received discounts can be redeemed within 180 days of receipt via email.
4. You also earn points on sale items, but only half the normal amount. The earning rate for sale items is 0.5 points per EUR, and points are calculated based on the reduced price of the item.
5. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Companys Club.
Acceptance of Terms
1. When you join our customer club and make use of the benefits it offers, we collect information about you. You can read more about what information we collect, how we process it, and your rights in our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy is required to become a member. If you do not accept the terms, we unfortunately cannot offer you membership.
3. You must have a valid email address and a valid mobile phone number to register.
Contacting the Customer Club
1. If you have questions about your membership, you can contact our customer service here.
Profile
1. To register, you must create a profile. On our webshop, you can log in to view and update your personal information and manage your consents.
2. Your password is personal, and you are responsible for keeping it secure. Do not share it with others. We store your password in encrypted form to protect it.
3. If you experience misuse of your account, please contact our customer service immediately. Note that we are not responsible for covering any losses or consequences that may arise as a result of misuse.
Communication Between the Club and Members
1. We will keep you informed about important changes, such as updates to our terms. You will receive notifications via email, SMS, or as a pop-up when you are logged into our webshop.
2. If you have earned enough points to trigger a discount, it will be sent to you via email.
Use of mobile number and SMS communication
1. If you have given consent to receive SMS messages from us, we process your mobile number for the purpose of sending you relevant communications, such as membership information, offers, or service messages. Your mobile number is used solely for this purpose and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
2. You may withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from SMS communications via the link in the message or by contacting customer service. When you unsubscribe, we will stop using your mobile number for marketing purposes.
Earning Points
1. As a member, you earn points when purchasing products. The points can trigger a discount that can be used on future purchases within the validity period of the discount.
2. If you purchase discounted items, you will earn fewer points. The rules for earning points are described at the top of these terms.
3. Points and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Your points are automatically added to your account 30 days after purchase.
Adjustment of Points
1. If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
2. If you delete your profile, all earned and unused points will be automatically deleted.
Leaving the Club
1. If you no longer wish to be a member, you can unsubscribe at any time by deleting your profile.
2. To delete your profile, please contact our customer service. See the customer service contact information here. When your profile is deleted, all your points and any discount vouchers will also be deleted.
Storage and Deletion of Data
1. We store your information as long as you have a profile with us. You can find more details about how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
2. We may delete your profile and earned benefits if, for example, we discover misuse or close the club. You will be notified beforehand.
Changes
1. We reserve the right to amend these terms. We will inform you of significant changes via the email address you have provided, and you must accept the updated terms when you next log in.
2. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our webshop.
Version
1. These terms were last updated in November 2025. They replace all previous versions of the terms.
