All prices are in Euro and including Danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated.
COMPANYS accepts payment by Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, China UnionPay, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. COMPANYS Web shop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfeer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

COMPANYS will deliver to you within 2-4 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from COMPANYS.
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.
Cancellation and returns:
We offer you 14 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase in full, we will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost. We do not pay the return freight. You can also return your purchase in the physical Companys stores. If you return discounted products to the physical Companys stores, they can be exchanged or you can get a voucher. You can only get your money refunded on discounted products by returning them to Companys online shop.
Any dispute between FashionShopping and the customer is subject to Danish law.
Return of goods:
Items must be returned to the following address.
Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD). On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery.Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received to COMPANYS.
How to submit a complaint
Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact Companys first, and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority / Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

How does Companys handle personal data?
When you order items or catalogues, we register your name and address in our system to enable us to send you your order. Our system then "recognises" you as a customer from then on, making ordering easier in the future.
When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent and that you are informed of exactly what data we are collecting and why.

The management and the Analysis department of Companys have access to the data registered about you. The data controller at Companys is our Head of IT and Web operations. The customer data we store is not encrypted.
We only transmit customer data via encrypted VPN connections. As a customer registered at Companys, you have the right to object to the registration at any time. You also have the right to inspect the information we hold on you.
